Once you have been registered you can create an account on InternMatch for your company. Then you can start creating Internship Opportunities.
Once an intern applies for your opportunity, you can review their video profiles and review the past experience and education background.
You can then schedule interviews within the platform, select your intern and complete all documentation online.
Skilled engineers can be difficult and expensive to find. That’s because, all the best students usually get snapped up by the big companies before they have even graduated.
So we thought why not get in first and select the ‘best of the best’ before the big boys have a chance!
Through our University Partnerships, we have preselected hundreds of engineering graduates from around Australia.
Good people. Smart people. People who want to work, and want to be the best at what they do.
Our students have been hand-picked from Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Structural Engineering courses.
They are already proficient in software applications such as AutoCad, Revit, STAAD & MATLAB and are ready to make an immediate impact in areas such as procurement preparation, energy auditing, site surveying & life cycle costing.
They are ready now. Just don’t take too long to decide.
These are the initial questions most people have. For more information, feel free to contact the InternMatch team directly.
Internships range anywhere from 6 to 12 weeks. This ensures the interns are contributing in a meaningful way.
Students and companies determine the number of days to work by agreement. We suggest no less than 3 days to ensure they add value to the business.
Students are aware that their internships are unpaid as they are receiving course credit. So there are no costs to you as a host company.
InternMatch is an end-to-end internship program that ensures the student receives all the support they need. If they need assistance with anything, our team is there to help.

We’ve placed thousands of engineers into organisations globally, so we will work with you to design an internship opportunity that provides real world experience for the interns but also provides value to your organisation.
Vocational placements, or internships, are one of the most cost-effective ways to add enthusiastic, engaged and diverse resources to your business.
In an increasingly competitive economy, everyone is looking to add fresh talent to their teams and interns are a great way to source new talent. You can ‘try before you buy’ or get a head-start on an important project.
As one of our host organisations, here’s what you can expect from the program:
FairWork compliant: As our interns are participating in the program as part of their accredited course, the program meets all the compliance requirements for unpaid vocational placements under the FairWork Australia guidelines.
Full insurance cover: All interns are covered by InternMatch for Professional Indemnity, Public Liability and WorkCover insurance for the duration of the internship.
Qualified and highly-motivated interns: All of our interns have completed a Bachelors degree or higher, with many completing their Masters or other post-graduate qualifications. They are highly-motivated and want to make a valuable contribution to your business, as this experience is pivotal to kickstarting their careers.
No financial outlay: As the students earn course credits whilst undertaking their internship, there is no monetary cost to our host organisations for the full 12-week (full-time or part-time) internships. However, the host organisation is welcome to pay the intern should they wish.
Previous experience: Many of our interns have previous experience in their chosen fields and can add value to your business straight away.
