Powering Employability

Now more than ever, the employability gap that UK graduates face is massive. We're on a mission to help solve the career development crisis and after extensive research, we've found the answer: Internships. Industry experience is the most valuable and effective way for graduates like you to obtain meaningful, career-related employment and expand your professional horizons.

Why Internships?

We know that a professional internship provides hands-on experience, builds professional networks, and facilitates the first important step into employment. It empowers graduates like yourself to expand your skillsets, professional network, and career horizons – at no cost to those who are eligible. We know this because we have been doing this successfully for years in Australia and are now replicating our model around the globe from places such as Africa and now, Britain.
