InternMatch is proud to introduce the Life Skills Program, a comprehensive initiative designed to equip individuals with essential skills for both personal and professional success. This program focuses on building practical life competencies such as communication, problem-solving, time management, and adaptability, all critical for navigating today’s fast-paced world.
Participants in the Life Skills Program will engage in interactive workshops and real-world exercises, preparing them to handle everyday challenges and empowering them to excel in their careers and personal lives alike.

Our participants are over 30 years of age, come from diverse backgrounds and have experience in a wide range of industry sectors. Digital Jobs has 59 per cent female participation, including women looking to return to professional work.
With newly acquired digital skills, demonstrated aptitude, and transferable skills from their previous careers our participants can make a valuable and immediate contribution to your business.
Eligible employers receive a wage subsidy for each 12-week work placement or entry level job offered to a program participant and have the option to retain the participant as an ongoing employee.

Participants are trained in high demand digital skillsets. Each course is industry-backed and delivered by a leading university, TAFE or private training provider.
