We have a global vision, which is why we’re delivering our programs on a global scale. To do that we need to break down walls – and open new doors.
We need to forge new pathways – and build on common ground. Because we believe that creating connections is the best way to create opportunity.
University to business. Business to person. Person to person. And the greater the connection, the greater the opportunity.
Our mission is nothing less than improving the future. How will we do that? Together.
We were founded on the belief that experiences shared enhance the lives of everyone.
When properly created, tailored and supported, internships and mentorships can propel students, graduates and career-changers into the workforce, grow company teams and help education providers give students meaningful direction.

Co-Founder & Global Chief Executive Officer
Gerard Holland is a CEO of InternMatch and an accomplished tech entrepreneur that is fanatical about life. He believes in equal rights, equal opportunity and, more importantly, equal outcomes. That is why he founded InternMatch to create employment opportunities for those that don’t have direct access.
Gerard has a passion for making the unscalable scalable and built InternMatch International as a global technology platform to place students and graduates from around the world into internships with companies around the world.
From there, he co-authored the Global Employment Challenge to facilitate the placement of one million unemployed tertiary graduates into internships (as a precursor to employment). Just launched, the ‘Challenge’ is already running in Australia, South Africa, Kenya, the United Kingdom, and India and is rapidly being adopted in other parts of the world.
In addition to being a Chartered Accountant, Gerard has a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne and a Masters of Entrepreneurship & Innovation from the University of Adelaide.
We’re a team of industry leaders and creative problem solvers, in the business of making a difference.
