InternMatch is excited to collaborate with the Victorian Government on the Digital Skills Initiative, a groundbreaking program investing $63.8 million to equip over 5,000 skilled mid-career Victorians for rewarding roles in the digital economy. Participants in the Digital Skills Initiative engage in 12 weeks of industry-supported training, designed to enhance their digital expertise.
They also benefit from a valuable 12-week work placement with a Victorian business, allowing them to apply their newly acquired skills in real-world settings.

Global Employment Challenge: A Path to Economic and Social Change
Our participants are over 30 years of age, come from diverse backgrounds and have experience in a wide range of industry sectors. Digital Jobs has 59 per cent female participation, including women looking to return to professional work.
With newly acquired digital skills, demonstrated aptitude, and transferable skills from their previous careers our participants can make a valuable and immediate contribution to your business.
Eligible employers receive a wage subsidy for each 12-week work placement or entry level job offered to a program participant and have the option to retain the participant as an ongoing employee.
