InternMatch is thrilled to join forces with the Victorian Government on the Work Performance Enhancement Program, a transformative initiative aimed at boosting the productivity and effectiveness of the workforce.
This program focuses on providing comprehensive training and resources to help participants develop essential skills for high-performance work environments. Through interactive workshops and real-world projects, participants will enhance their collaboration, communication, and problem-solving abilities, ultimately empowering them to excel in their roles and contribute meaningfully to their organizations.

Our participants are over 30 years of age, come from diverse backgrounds and have experience in a wide range of industry sectors. Digital Jobs has 59 per cent female participation, including women looking to return to professional work.
With newly acquired digital skills, demonstrated aptitude, and transferable skills from their previous careers our participants can make a valuable and immediate contribution to your business.
Eligible employers receive a wage subsidy for each 12-week work placement or entry level job offered to a program participant and have the option to retain the participant as an ongoing employee.
