2015 Outcome.Life

Company Founded and registered in Melbourne Australia.

Seeking to improve employment opportunities for international students.

2015 GADA Technology

GADA Tech was founded around the same time establishing the company as an Ed-Tech company, creating a platform to house and “match” the opportunities

2018 Study Melbourne

The Study Melbourne hub became the home of Outcome.Life

Selected in Cohort 1 of LaunchVic’s exclusive 30×30 program
InternMatch received a Tech Diversity Award
Began in our partnerships with education providers

2019 Outcome Academy was established.

The Work Readiness Program was created so that students can come directly to study a unit of competency and get a guaranteed internship.

2020 Internships were able to be done remotely

during COVID-19 because if you can work from home, you can do your internship from home. International students working hours were unrestricted.

2021 Welcome to our UK team

Responsible for Europe and the Middle East, the UK team seamlessly link with other country offices to provide international opportunities for students and host companies.

2022 Welcome to USA and Canada

Not only do this team service the Canadian and the USA markets, but they also deliver an important link in our global follow-the-sun service delivery model. So, no matter where you are, someone from our team is available to help.

2022 MentorMatch

MentorMatch was born with the partnership of Rotary to service the Victorian Government Digital Jobs Program.

2023 The Global Internship Challenge

in partnership with the Mandela Legacy Foundation. Our initiative is to build a better world, one job at a time. Our goal is to create 10 million jobs by 2035.

Gerard Holland

Co-Founder & Global Chief Executive Officer

Gerard Holland is a CEO of InternMatch and an accomplished tech entrepreneur that is fanatical about life. He believes in equal rights, equal opportunity and, more importantly, equal outcomes. That is why he founded InternMatch to create employment opportunities for those that don’t have direct access.

Gerard has a passion for making the unscalable scalable and built InternMatch International as a global technology platform to place students and graduates from around the world into internships with companies around the world.

From there, he co-authored the Global Employment Challenge to facilitate the placement of one million unemployed tertiary graduates into internships (as a precursor to employment). Just launched, the ‘Challenge’ is already running in Australia, South Africa, Kenya, the United Kingdom, and India and is rapidly being adopted in other parts of the world.

In addition to being a Chartered Accountant, Gerard has a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne and a Masters of Entrepreneurship & Innovation from the University of Adelaide.
