The InternMatch Pre-Intern Program is designed to equip aspiring professionals with the foundational skills needed to thrive in the Australian job market. This innovative program provides participants with targeted training and hands-on experience, preparing them for future internship opportunities in high-demand industries.

Through a series of structured learning modules, Pre-Intern participants gain practical knowledge and soft skills that will help them to stand out and succeed during internships, and prepare them for a seamless transition into the workforce.

Global Employment Challenge: A Path to Economic and Social Change

Our participants are over 30 years of age, come from diverse backgrounds and have experience in a wide range of industry sectors. Digital Jobs has 59 per cent female participation, including women looking to return to professional work.

With newly acquired digital skills, demonstrated aptitude, and transferable skills from their previous careers our participants can make a valuable and immediate contribution to your business.

Eligible employers receive a wage subsidy for each 12-week work placement or entry level job offered to a program participant and have the option to retain the participant as an ongoing employee.
