Work Readiness Program
How are you supposed to gain ‘industry experience’ if every role requires you to already have that experience in order to apply? It’s a vicious cycle — we completely understand.
Employers all over Australia have a desperate shortage of IT people, developers, engineers, marketers, project managers and finance executives. In fact the Australian government produces a skills priority list of specific professions that are in high demand, and the professions above have been on that list for more than a decade.
If you have graduated in one of the disciplines above, then there are opportunities – often many opportunities – for you to work in Australia, in a profession related to your study.
Yet we have seen many international students who graduate from Australian universities with a 485 Temporary Graduate Visa that allows them to work in Australia for two to three years, struggling to find a path into the Australian employment market. It need not be like this.
The WRP program has been undertaken by more than 7000 students, who are now living and working in Australia having attained their PR, citizenship, or are on the way to this outcome.
Join one of our webinars to learn how to find a role, in your profession in Australia.
